In this morning class, a Certified Zentangle Instructor and practitioner will teach the basics of the Zentangle method. The method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images through simple, structured patterns. Almost anyone can use it to create beautiful images; no other formal training or specialized talent is required.    This method has received international acclaim for its benefits to mental and physical wellbeing, and its link to Mindfulness and Meditation practices. Many individuals attribute Zentangle to decreased chronic pain, decreased depression, decreased agitation and irritability, and increased happiness. Think you’re not artistic enough for a drawing class?  Yes you are!  Many “non-creatives” claim Zentangle has brought out their inner artist, and they are no longer intimidated by putting pencil or pen to paper to make the first mark.    The Zentangle Method is enjoyed all over the world, across a wide range of skills, interests, and ages.
