Making and Cooking with Kimchi

In this two-part class, you will make fresh kimchi and then incorporate into traditional Korean dishes. In the first class, understand the health benefits and different types of kimchi and make your own jar of fresh kimchi. In the second class, you’ll use your own jar of fresh kimchi to create pork belly kimchi soup and savory kimchi pancakes or kimchi fried rice.
