  Handmade pasta is light and airy and perfect to showcase meats and hearty Winter produce. In this hands-on class, make handmade pasta dough and four different pastas. You’ll make and sample a meat tortellini, squash ravioli, fettuccine and linguine. The best part is you’ll take dough home to do it all again!
