CourseGraphic This Series is for people who need some support. With a licensed psychologist, study approaches and techniques for managing stress in everyday settings for people coping with chronic medical conditions. Determine which techniques might work best for you and when best to apply which one. Topics will include: approaches for improving sleep, incorporating meditation, and managing worry and negative thoughts. If both topics are beneficial for you, take the Series for a savings.
