This hearty cold-weather stew begins by making kubba, a rice flour dumpling stuffed with seasoned ground beef. These are then added to a tomato broth and simmered to delicious perfection. Prepare and sample some familiar and new ingredients prepared in a delightful recipe that you'll want to make all season. Also, you'll make your own pita bread from scratch to accompany the stew.
