CourseGraphic Make some Italian chocolate classics in remembrance of Leonardo da Vinci. Use three very different ganache chemistries to create exquisite bonbons! Start with a gianaduja from scratch and use it to create a wonderful truffle as well as coffee and orange truffles. Lastly, make a unique olive oil truffle. Leonardo would have been pleased!
