CourseGraphic Handmade pasta is light and airy and perfect to showcase summer produce. In this hands-on class, make handmade pasta dough and four different pastas. You’ll make and sample a meat tortellini and vegetable ravioli, fettuccine and linguine. The best part is you’ll take dough home to do it all again!
