 With so many chocolate choices available, where do you start? Start here by sampling craft chocolate and turning it into truffles! In this hands-on class, study with a Theo Chocolates chocolatier to use craft chocolate and make both dairy and vegan based ganache truffles. Making truffles allow you to compare flavors and textures. Students will take home truffles made in class.
