Give spring the celebration it deserves. Learn to make classic High Tea scones and chocolate bundt cake. Class will make cultured butter, lemon curd, and our own mixed fruit spread to eat in class. This interactive class is taught by an award-winning Theo Chocolate confectioner and chocolatier. End your afternoon with a cup of tea along with the delicious treats prepared in class.
