Homemade marshmallows! Up your bake sale and pot luck game by learning to make rich chocolate, bright strawberry, and classic vanilla marshmallows. We will layer our in class creations into a classic Neapolitan to take home. Class also includes a demonstration of table tempering chocolate. This interactive class is taught by an award-winning Theo Chocolate confectioner and chocolatier.
