In this 6-week workshop, focus on the components of movement needed for getting down to the floor and back up again with greater comfort and agility. Mastering this foundational skill makes many activities much easier, as well as getting after falling. Whether you consider yourself a beginner-level mover or you're a high-level performer looking to refine your skills, improving your relationship with the ground can have profound effects.f-use.  Sit, stand, walk, run, dance, garden, work, and play with greater ease, focus, agility, power, and balance. Great for all ages, no special movement skills required—just bring your curiosity.
