How has the Washington State geology changed over the past 500 million years? We discuss plate tectonics, volcanoes, earthquakes, mountain ranges, rocks, minerals, dinosaurs, ancient forests, glaciers, and "great floods of fire and water." Class will also include highlights of the Seattle area, State and National Parks. Class meets on four Wednesdays plus one Saturday afternoon for a field trip to the Burke Museum.
