Fall is a great time to delve into the world of French brandy, and if you're a whiskey lover, Cognac and Armagnac will open your eyes to a whole new world of barrel-aged spirits!  In this experiential class, you will be introduced to the two most famous brandies in the world:  elegant Cognac, and its lesser-known cousin, Armagnac.  We'll discuss what they are, their history, how they're made, how they're graded, and how best to enjoy them.  This fun and educational class involves plenty of sampling.
