During such a hectic time, delicious homemade meals with family and friends are especially nice...and doable with a little foresight. Learn how to make meals that you can eat for dinner tonight and freeze the leftovers for later. In this class you’ll master freezable recipes such as pasta sauces, stews and even vegetarian meals! We’ll discuss safe and proper freezing techniques, how long different foods last in the freezer, and what types of foods freeze best.
