CourseGraphic Do you find the idea of making a pie from scratch intimidating? Learn basic skills that will give you the confidence to make pies at home from scratch instead of using pre-made dough from the grocery store. You will first make a versatile dough and then use it to create a fabulous apple pie. While our pies are baking, you will be able to practice your newly-learned dough skills by making an extra batch of pie dough that can be taken home and frozen for future use. You will also take home a fresh-baked pie!
