Learn basic skills that will give you the confidence to make pies at home without using that box of pre-made pie dough from the grocery store. You will create a versatile dough and then fill it with fresh summer fruit. While our pies are baking, practice your newly learned dough skills by making an extra batch that can be taken home and kept in your freezer for future use. Leave with a fresh baked pie to share with family.
