« back to classes page
ClassGraphic Love making soap? Learn to create your own unique recipe using any oils and butters to benefit your skin. Then scale any soap recipe to the batch size you want to make. Discover which items you already have at home that make affordable molds and how to line a mold for easy removal of your batch. Two swirling techniques will be demonstrated. Review the math you will use as you proceed with your journey and learn how to test fragrances for soap making (all fragrances don't play nice). Leave with two bars of soap that you can use to help remember the techniques. Take home a fragrance-testing mold, mixing sticks, fragrance droppers, written instructions, and lots of enthusiasm. Prerequisite: Introduction to Soap Making (or equivalent) and having made at least 4 batches of cold process soap.  Click here for the Supply List.
