Wine Tasting Primer: Sight, Smell, Taste

Learn how to taste wine knowledgeably to accurately describe what you are tasting. In this introductory class, your instructor introduces you to wine types, grapes, varietals, and various wine regions, as well as the basics of reading a wine label. Gain hints for smart buying, proper storing, and aging. The class also includes a discussion of wine-and-food pairing guidelines. Tastings at each session. Call 206.934.5339 to register two or more people at the Friends Rate of $94.50 each (+ Materials Fee).
