For the adventurous beginner or advanced foodie! Come join us for a week exploration of the different cuisines from around the world. Each class we'll prepare menus from new places and discover the ingredients, methods and techniques from different ethnic cuisines; homemade filled pasta, Asian curries, dumplings, pho, baklava, regional America, The Mediterranean, Asia, The Middle East, Eastern Europe, Greek Islands-there is no where we won't go. We'll travel far and wide with the students setting our itinerary. A hands-on class where we set sail and prepare our evening meal. Bring an apron and your appetite.
