CourseGraphic Do you find the idea of making a pie from scratch intimidating? Gain the basic skills that will give you the confidence to make pies at home without using pre-made pie dough from the grocery store. Make a versatile pie dough and then fill it with your choice of blueberry, cherry, or mixed berry filling.  We will also learn to make a lattice top that is impressive but easy! You will leave class with a fresh baked pie and some extra dough to use at home.
