Celebrate the Year of the Dog by practicing traditional, classic Chinese recipes that you can make at home.  Prepare Chinese dumplings (Siu Mai), chow mein and steamed bok choy.  Under the guidance of an experienced chef instructor, become confident in making these healthy, delicious, traditional dishes for Chinese New Year and all year.
