« back to classes page
The French region of Burgundy is the ancestral home of both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and thus one of the most important wine regions in the world. It’s also home to one of the most famous and interesting regional cuisines in France, giving the world such dishes as Beef Bourguignon, Escargots, and Coq au Vin. And you’ll have a chance to taste for yourself how and why these wines pair so well with classic Burgundian foods.
