Learn to create a satisfying meal from your pantry without any recipe at all. Gain knowledge of how to approach cooking a meal with confidence.  Each class will focus on one or more culinary methods and techniques such as knife skills, sautéing, roasting, braising, soup and sauce cookery. We will use traditional and modern American, European and Asian Pacific influenced recipes that highlight the use and importance of these skills. Open to all levels.
