Learn the tricks for making Cocoa Nib Crackers, using red wine and a touch of heat, as well as a Salted Caramel Tart, featuring a layer of vanilla custard and rich Theo caramel held together lovingly with a nib-based crust. You’ll also learn to make Theo’s Classic Vanilla Marshmallows, hand dipped in class using 70% dark Theo chocolate. This interactive class is taught by an award-winning Theo confectioner and chocolatier.
